The scent of Christmas and the cold industrial

The scent of Christmas and the cold industrial. Natural materials, top-quality silver fir, hand-painted branches and twigs, snow, elegant glass silver baubles, lavishing velvet bows, tin and wooden decorations in industrial style – they have become very representative of our work.

Unique candles in grey tones, custom-made by our instructions and fine newsprint paper, together with Lela Design’s Christmas story, are what makes this collection special and unique, yet so recognizable.

THAT IS WHERE WE CAME INTO THE PICTURE, TOOK OVER THE COMMUNICATION, AGREEMENTS, NEGOTIATIONS ETC. . AND MADE AN EXCELLENT TEAM TO ENSURE THAT ANA MARIJA AND IVAN GET THEIR DREAM DAY.

Led by the principles of high aesthetic value and elegance, which have always been and remained our priorities, we wanted to combine the seemingly incompatible – nature and industry, in order to create a collection that mirrors the spirit of today, connects the traditional and the contemporary, nature and technology, classic and modern, and yet remains true to our style, design and artistic expression.

Our this year’s picks are rich branches of silver fir with the fragrance of tradition, classic red holly berries, the coolness of snow and finally, grey toned candles. The most important tools – paint and brushes, scissors, wire and cheerful and creative hands of Lela Design’s team.

There is no Christmas challenge that is „too big“ for our team to handle. So, if you want to remember the magic of holidays or impress your family and friends with the decorations, book your consultations appointment for your personal Christmas scenography through this contact sheet.

WEDDING AT THE MIMARA MUSEUM

Wedding at the Mimara Museum

Wedding at the Mimara Museum. Ana Marija began her day by getting ready in the circle of her amazing sisters and her mother. They gave her a family album with pictures from their previous life together. They chatted happily and had fun until it was time to head to the church. The church ceremony was beautiful and full of emotions in one of Zagreb’s most beautiful churches. The ceremony began with the entering of the loveliest bridesmaids and a small boy carrying the rings, followed by Ana Marija making her entrance with her father. A special ceremonial note this time was added by the choir, filling the church with their beautiful voices.

Wedding at the Mimara Museum

The formal dinner in the atrium at the Mimara Museum began with a spectacular entry of the newlyweds along the song ”Happy Day” performed by a Croatian klapa ensemble and Ana Marija’s sister on the piano. It was a wonderful and emotional family moment and a special gift to the delighted newlyweds.

A lavishing scenography was achieved by the usage of monumental decorations on antique platforms.  We placed a special accent on the newlyweds’ table, which was illuminated with soft warm light.

ANA MARIJA AND IVAN HAVE DREAMED OF A CLASSIC ELEGANT WEDDING IN A RELAXED ATMOSPHERE. IN ORDER TO GET SOMETHING LIKE THAT, THEY KNEW THEY NEEDED A GOOD PROTOCOL, EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL PERFORMERS, WEDDING PLANNERS AND COORDINATORS.

That is where we came into the picture, took over the communication, agreements, negotiations etc. . And made an excellent team to ensure that ana marija and ivan get their dream day. Ana Marija began her day by getting ready in the circle of her amazing sisters and her mother. Special attention from the guests was drawn by a beautifully decorated dessert table, filled with cookies and cakes placed decoratively on silver and glass platters, embellishing the table along with mirrors, lanterns and floral decorations by Lela Design studio.

Flower arrangements were made out of peonies, fragrant English roses, ranunculus in bright tones of pink, purple and orange, combined with delicate pastel shades.

The romantic atmosphere we achieved was only a prelude to a wonderful evening that Ana Marija and Ivan enjoyed with their friends, relatives and guests.

Wedding at bistro Apetit

Wedding at bistro Apetit. The ceremony was meant to be in the open, on a meadow next to the terrace of the restaurant, from which the guests could peacefully observe the ceremony. It seemed as though the clouds parted only because of them, so they exchanged their wedding vows under the blue sky.

The festive celebration was continued in a famous restaurant in Zagreb, Croatia, which was decorated with elegant flower arrangements comprised of light pink hydrangeas and pastel pink blooming peonies, matching the ones in Alma’s wedding bouquet.

Alma and Amar gathered quite a cheerful crowd and the party lasted long into the night. That did not stop Alma to greet us the next morning in front of our studio with cakes and words of appreciation.

Glamorous wedding in Split

Glamorous wedding in Split. A wedding cocktail on the terrace by the sea, a wedding dinner in the hall of one of Split’s best hotels– could it be any better?  wedding planning

Our newlyweds from Split, Croatia chose a winning combination for the celebration of their wedding – a beautiful natural environment on an open terrace by the sea and a lavishly decorated hall for the wedding. The wedding ceremony took place in an old stone church next to a row of fluffy decorations comprised of white hydrangeas and foamy tulle. Guests at the wedding gathered for a cocktail on the terrace by the pool. They were welcomed by cocktail tables decorated with flowers and candles, a beautiful view of Split and magnificent fireworks.

Glamorous wedding in Split. tables for the festive dinner were decorated with tall silver candleholders with candles, embellished by glamorous floral decorations made only out of pink and white hydrangeas and peonies. The atmosphere of the festive wedding dinner was made even more special by countless lit candles and glittering crystal decorations, giving the wedding hall a special glow. Lela’s new collection of tablecloths and chair covers had its premiere at this wedding. Grey upholstery and tablecloths were just the way they should be – supple and fine by themselves, yet discreet and in good measure. This superb collection raised the level of all other decorations as well.   wedding planning

The table of the newlyweds was romantically glamorous, covered with silver antique bowls, crystal, peonies, tealights and candles. Behind the formal table set, we placed antique stone pedestals with antique vases and monumental floral decorations.

And the bride? What was the bride like? She was just like a fairy tale…

Ana Marija, thank you for your trust and … good luck!
