The flower delivery service is ideal for highly employed people, for those who are unable to visit their loved ones or for those who love surprises
HOW TO ORDER LELA DESIGN BOUQUETS
Bouquets of flowers, arrangements and flower decorations available for order can be viewed in our Internet flower shop. The products are classified by category. Because we are not a classic flower shop, we keep cut flowers in the studio, not finished bouquets. We only agree on the flower bouquet after you order, and we receive the payment.
DEADLINES FOR ORDERING THE DELIVERY OF FLOWERS
We receive orders 24/7, but if you order on Sunday, we will process the order on Monday. We prefer to take orders today for tomorrow, but we also receive orders today for today. If this is an order due today – order by 11am at the latest and be flexible when selecting flowers. For all special requirements (for anything that is not in the Internet shop and if you specifically want a specific colour or type of flowers) please contact 7 days before the desired delivery date.
WHAT DOES IT SAY IN SMALL LETTERS WITH EVERY BOUQUET?
If on the day of delivery we don’t have or can’t get flowers for the selected bouquet from the Internet flower shop, we’ll replace the unavailable flowers with something else. The flower bouquet delivered may be different from that of the picture, but these differences will not affect the qualitative or aesthetic value of the bouquet. Because we nurture long-term and mutual relations with our customers, we want you to be satisfied with our products. Lela Design studio guarantees adequate replacement for temporarily unavailable flowers.
ON PROCUREMENT
Our offer depends on the current offer on the flower market. Flowers and prices of flowers, as well as fruits and vegetables, depend on supply and demand and vary depending on the age of the year. We get flowers a day, and the selection works for Lela personally. We do not compromise when it comes to the quality or aesthetic value of our products, so we work only with first-class material. We’re not taking orders we can’t fulfill.
